Instructions for registration in Ehgag Platform
Ehgag Platform is designed to enable any natural or legal person to submit their claims in a reliable manner, through opening an account as original claimant, agent, legal representative, or an authorized governmental representative, by using his personal information as account owner. After making the account the original claimant, agent, legal representative, or an authorized governmental representative can submit their claims. However, the account owner should have an active account in ABSHER Platform to be able to complete the registration process, so submitting claims is now available to those who have an active ABSHER account only.
Lawyer firms who submit many claims as agents of many clients can submit their claims using one account, and they are not required to open an account for each client. Ehgag Platform enable the original claimant to review his claim as original or the one that submitted by his agent in the same time in a manner that ensure a smooth claim submission.
First: Steps for new registration:

  • The owner of the account should enter his personal information and it is not necessary that the owner of the account to be the creditor himself. The following details are to be entered:
  • Select the type of ID
  • Enter the ID number
  • Enter the birth date
  • By clicking on complete registration an OTP code will be sent to your cellphone that is registered in ABSHER, enter that code to complete the registration.
  • After entering the OPT code and clicking SAVE & PROCEED, a page to complete the registration will be opened which include the followings:
  • Enter the cellphone number of the account owner (not necessary to be the cellphone of the creditor himself)
  • Enter the Email of the account owner (not necessary to be the Email of the creditor himself)
  • Enter a password and re-enter it to proceed further.
  • By clicking complete the registration, an OTP code will be sent to the Email of the account owner. Enter the OTP to complete the registration process.

Second: Log in to your account:

  • By clicking SAVE& SUBMIT, the log in page will open to you and you should do the followings:
  • Enter your user name (will be your previously registered Email)
  • Enter your password that you have selected earlier.
  • By clicking log in, the main page of your account will open and you can select whatever action you want to do as follows:
  • Submit a new claim as original
  • Update and existing claim, if any
  • Submit a new claim as agent (which requires submitting a request to approve an agent/new delegated person)
  • Submit a request to approve an agent/new delegated person
  • You should select the type of the request for approval as follows:
  • Request to approve an agent of natural person
  • Request to approve an agent of deceased person
  • Request to approve an agent/legal representative/authorized governmental representative for a legal person (an Establishment, a company, governmental body)
  • It is required to fill all the information required in the request for approval of an agent and to ensure acceptance of the request, we kindly recommend you to read the page including the conditions to accept a request to approve an agent by clicking the following link…………………………………
  • By clicking on SAVE, all requests previously submitted will appear to you, showing the status of the request as under review in the beginning. Then after your request is reviewed, an acceptance or rejection notice will be sent to, according to whether the conditions to approve the request are fulfilled or not.

Third: Creditors from outside Saudi Arabia (those who have not an active ABSHER accounts)
Creditors who have no active ABSHER accounts are not currently qualified for submitting their claims by themselves, however they can submit their claims through and agent inside Saudi Arabia because they cannot authenticate their account through ABSHER. Those creditors are allowed to submit their claims through an agent inside Saudi Arabi and that agent should have an official agency document authenticated from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
