Each creditor must take the initiative to register on Ehqaq platform and complete the procedures for activating and documenting the account in order to be able to view the proposal and vote on it, according to the following steps:

• Log in to the online platform, then choose “Register and Verify a New Account” and follow the steps.
• After activating the account, each creditor or agent must - to be able to review the creditor's file and the list of claims and see the proposal and then vote on it - to authenticate his account by receiving the creditor an activation code sent to his mobile number registered in the government Absher platform and linked with his ID number if he submits the request by himself by following the required steps
• In the event that the applicant for Verification, who will later exercise the right to vote, is an agent or a legal representative, a request for accreditation of an agent or a legal representative must be submitted, and the required documents should be attached according to the instructions within the platform.
• The request for accreditation of the agent or the legal representative will be reviewed and approved electronically or rejected in the event that the conditions and controls of the agency or legal representation do not apply, and the creditor’s representative will be able to submit another application after recognizing the observations - if any.
• The agent or the legal representative, after approving his agency or his legal representation documents, shall authenticate the creditor's account through Absher platform by following the steps and instructions appearing on the platform and marking the declarations.
• In the event that the creditor or his representative encounters difficulties in documenting through Absher platform, a request can be submitted to agree to set an appointment for the in attendance documentation through the platform. Or his representative to follow the conditions of the attendance documentation mentioned in the platform.
• For creditors (employees category) who are outside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and do not have an active account in Absher or an agent in the Kingdom, they can, after activating the account, submit a request for authentication approval for those outside the Kingdom and attach the required documents according to the instructions contained in the platform.
